She was born with a golden spoon on 19th July 1938 to affluent Nola & Shoaga families of Abeokuta.  Her father late Aremu Nola was a prominent socialite from Kemta, Egba Ake, the hub of Abeokuta known as Itoku Cenotaph (Kemta Oloro) and Ile Orukan in Ago Owu, Egba Owu and Ake respectively.  He died when she was only 8 years old.

Her mother late Alhaja Chief Amudalat Lemboye (Nee Shoaga) also was a successful trader widely traveled and was a prominent socialite in Abeokuta, she was the first daughter (BERE) of late Papa Chief Akintoye Shoaga of Gbagura, and he also hailed from Kemta and Ikereku  Egba Ake, Oke Ona and Gbagura respectively.  This ancestral genealogy gives the traceable pedigree of Olori's roots to the four comers of Abeokuta, Ogun State, Nigeria.

She had her Nursery, Primary and Secondary education in Abeokuta, Iju, Ogun State, and Congo Brazzaville respectively.  Her late mother being an international trader took her whenever she went; Olori was then fond of her mum.

The need to soar very high in life saw her to the United Kingdom in mid 1962.  She attended PITMAN'S COLLEGE the most popular and very prestigious.  Secretarial College in London on a full-time course and obtained a Higher Diploma in Secretarial Studies (a Degree); she is a highly trained Secretary, she also taught at Manor House Polytechnic, London.  Having attained a high level of proficiency in Secretarial Administration, she came back from England on 5th March 1970 to serve her people by contributing her own quota.

She has a vast working experience, which include the followings:

Messrs Sulzar Brothers Ltd, Tottenham Court Road, London  A Big London Based Swiss Locomotive Engineering Firm  The First Black Confidential Secretary to be employed

London Borough of Hackney, London  A popular Council in Great Britain as a Confidential and Minute Secretary to the selected top members of the then there Political Parties in Great Britain

She also worked temporarily in some banks and big companies where she has gained experience and exposure.

BACK HOME IN NIGERIA

She worked with Mobil Oil Nig., Plc, as an Executive Secretary, resigned and became the First Direct Female Petrol Dealer for Mobil.  She has her Petrol Station in the heart of Ikorodu and retired after she has put together 37 years of service to Mobil both as a Management Staff and a Dealer.  She retired in year 2007 as the Most Senior Western Zone Mobil Dealer.

Once a teacher is always a teacher, Olori is a lover of youths, she has dedicated her service towards helping the youths and the less privileged in the society.  An achiever per excellence, she has been conferred with several AWARDS both at home and abroad, which includes the followings:

A successful entrepreneur of very high acumen.  An international figure and a silent philanthropist, she has imbibed this core values on her children and grandchildren.  It may interest you to know that the grandchildren who lived abroad saved their weekly pocket monies, converted the Pound Sterling to Naira and donated it to motherless home in Isolo, Lagos State.

An Author of a book titled “The King & I” the romance of a Monarch, Chairman/Finance Director of a tabloid  Nigerian News, a monthly, newspaper based in Ikorodu town, now converted to a monthly Magazine called (GQ) Glamorous Queen Magazine, run by her daughter-inlaw Dr.(Mrs.) Afo Nene Edun.  She is the owner of Olori Muyibat Oyefusi Business Point, Chairman  Foundation for Global Peace Initiative, Chairman of many other reputable companies.

To restore the morals amongst our people, young and old, she has set up an institution “Royal Institute of Moral Values (Finesse) and Computer Education” (first of its kind in Nigeria) here in Ikorodu, Lagos State at an affordable fees, governed by few Professors and Senior Lecturers of a reputable Nigerian University.

Olori Muyibat Olayinka Oyefusi is one of the very few responsible women in Nigeria, who have achieved success and greatness both abroad and in Nigeria, through hard work and dedicated service to enviable traditional values, a woman of outstanding managerial skills and talents, a successful entrepreneur, philanthropist, peace crusader and above all a disciplinarian of impeccable integrity.  She is dearly loved by her people.

To her own children, Olori Muyibat Olayinka is a mother in a billion, to her extended family, she is an epitome of generosity, to her neighbours she is a pillar of ready support, to her employees, she is a considerate benefactor and to her beloved husband, she is a devoted, resourceful, progressive, dutiful and deeply loving and loyal wife.  In the company of her husband she performed Hajj 1976 (Federal Government Entourage to Hajj in 1976) led by the late Alhaji General Shehu Yar'adua the then Nigerian Second in Command and his wife Hajia Binta Yar'adua, Late Hajia Safinat Buhari  wife of former Head of State, General Gbadamosi Babangida, Hajia Fatima Alimongonu Dongoyaro  wife of the then Chief of Staff, Alhaji and Alhaja Jubril Aminu  the former Education Minister, HRM Emir of Kano, HRM Oba S.K. Adetona, the Awujale of Ijebuland and his Olori to mention a few and Jerusalem Pilgrimage in 1982 and she has been a great influence in the religious motivation of Oba Oyefusi.

She always ameliorates the pains of others in whatever position and situation she finds herself or she is called upon.  She hates lies but appreciates people who can say the truth and stand by their words.  A crusading activist for women's right (Gender Defender).  She is a prudent wife of His Royal Majesty Alaiyeluwa Oba (Dr.) S.A.A. Oyefusi CON, JP, the Ayangburen of Ikorodu. She has been described many times by her darling husband even in the faces of Newspapers as a virtuous woman, a God sent wife/mother and a total woman.  She is very religious, a dutiful wife and very caring mother, kind and God fearing.  She is widely traveled with her husband and the children.

Olori will go to any length to settle any fuss.  If you ever know a woman that would cross seven waters for her husband, children and her entire family that woman is no less than Olori Muyibat Olayinka Oyefusi.

She interacts very well with both young and old, rich and poor, intellectuals and non-intellectuals.  She is an all rounder, always ready to give a helping hand.  Olori's value for education has no bounds.  She had Education Endowment tagged “OLORI MUYIBAT OYEFUSI BEST STUDENT AWARD” in few of our Universities of which she intends to reach out to at least 10 Universities.  She also has the “TRIPLETS EDUCATION ENDOWMENT FUNDS”. She is happily married with children and many grandchildren.

Olori attributes her successes and achievements to the glory of God upon her life and constantly give thanks to the Almighty God for His mercies and protections upon herself, her husband, children, grandchildren, and other members of her extended family.

Her hobbies include reading, writing, socializing, photographing, she is very fashionable, artistic and architecturally gifted with a modern sense of designing, she loves singing, listening to music, gardening, cooking and cleaning, her environmental friendliness is superb.  She is very creative, a mother and grandmother as ordained by the Almighty God.  Glory be to God.
