Doyin in service minded. He had served his people in many capacities and he is always willing to serve without counting the cost.

He is generous to a fault. No wonder the entire ALOBETORIAYESE family both at home and abroad, headed by late Barrister Adeyeye Adelekun, unanimously presented his candidature as a replacement to his brother and mentor, Late Prince Adeoye Adelekun, the immediate past Looja Odo-Iju town. Prince Adeoye Adelekun died in February 2004. after due screening by the Owa Obokun in Council he was installed the Looja Odo-Iju on November 18, 2005, in the palace of Owa Obokun by Oba Dr. Gabriel Adekunle Aromolaran ll, Owa Obokun Ijesaland. Late Barrister Adeyeye Adelekun will forever be remembered for his role at ensuring that Adedoyin was coronated as the Looja of Odo-lju Town. He spent his time and his wealth in all ramifications. Unfortunately, he died on August 1, 2009 and was buried on November 18, 2006.

Doyin is a quite philanthropist, who is fonds of helping his people, in all facets of life, whenever they come to him for assistance.

Since he became the Duke, he has impacted positively on the community. He sponsored the construction of three culverts on the roads around the town of Odo-lju. Most of the roads in town and around the town had been unmotorable for years because of bad culverts before he became the Duke; within the short period of his becoming the Duke, he made the roads motorable.

He has empowered a lot of the community men and women. He has awarded scholarships to brilliant but indigent students of the community. Most importantly, there is unit among the people of the community and one can easily see the radiation of love on the faces of the community members. With the encouragement and cooperation of his people, he will be willing to do more.

The Duke is not totally made without the useful contribution of his immediate family. He is married to Mofoluke Adelekun (Nee Odeleye Fadahunsi). His amiable and loving better half is a Pharmacist of repute. They are blessed with five children whose greatest joy is seeing their father achieve his dreams. The children are making their marks in the fields of Engineering, Banking, Medicine, Law and Economics. He loves his wife and respects her. He loves all his children, as well. Anywhere they are he will look for them personally. In love, he builds self confidence in all his children.

Doyin is a jolly good fellow, by his friends and close associates he's 'LEKI, LEKI-ORO' or 'DELEK' or 'PRINCE', depending on where they met, llesa Grammar School, llesa, Government College, Ibadan, Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria or life after school. These people must quickly get adapted to calling “HRH the DUKE” or “BABA LOOJA” like the ljesas will do. They've been to places together, enjoyed good times, danced and exchanged memorable pleasantries. He believed in his friends and works very hard to keep them. To different friends to means different thing. If you understand him, you cannot but love him and his ways.

Doyin enjoys playing squash and lawn Tennis. He enjoys playing Golf, as well. He enjoys reading biographies and auto-biographies. He enjoys talking and listening to people talk. He's a good listener, an excellent orator and a shining light in this generation. He enjoys traveling. He has visited and worked in all states in the country and has visited virtually all the countries of the world at his leisure times.

Indeed, it is worthy to celebrate the goodness of God Almighty in the life of our Duke  Prince Adedoyin Adelekun. Long may he live! He will surely take his people to the Promised Land-God willing.
